An outline of the Service

The main aim of the partnership is collaboration between procurement representatives from Devon public sector organisations (particularly local authorities) with a view to maximising the benefits of Devon's spend with external suppliers. Additionally DPP has a number of complementary strategic objectives based around sustainability, local economic development and continuous improvement.

New developments must have an effective and robust surface water drainage system which should not increase flood risk to adjacent properties or land. Developments should be undertaken in accordance with sustainable drainage principles (SuDS) It is vital that applicants consult with the Borough Council at the Pre-Application stage.

The Compact is all about a 'way of working' together and better. There are some circumstances in which your Council Tax bill might be reduced. These circumstances are summarised below.
